The Province of Almeria  

 Situated at the southeast corner of Spain, in Andalusia. It is the great unknown area of the coast. Not as developed as the other costas, still very Spanish that is known for the amount of films shot here, it is the perfect set due to its unique countryside. Also the area where we are based is know as the Garden of Europe for its acres and acres of green houses, one of the few human structures seen from Space. Up to three crops a year are achieved making it a prosperous land.
Roquetas de Mar was originally a small fishing village, now it is a big Town with all services and the Urbanization that is the tourist are with many Hotels, Apartments and Houses. There are Restaurants of all type, Bars that in most cases offer the well known Tapa (plate of food) that is given for any drink of Beer (With or Without alcohol) and Wine.  Almeria is the only place in Spain that offers this for free. Here the Stables are situated in an old farmhouse or Cortijo as it is known in Spanish, it has been going for 40 years as a horse riding school where competitions are held and treks organized. We would like to offer our experience for you to enjoy a few days of riding and resting on the coast in Roquetas de Mar, the biggest development in Almeria, only half an hour from Almeria Airport , an hour and a half from Granada Airport and just over two hours from Malaga Airport.
Easyjet fly from Gatwick all year to Almeria, Jet2 during the Season from May to October, Ryanair, Britishairways, between others......

Roquetas de Mar is the biggest Tourist resort in Almeria, with more services and amenities, with easy access from the Motorway A7. Here we have a variety of Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Apartments, Town Houses and Hotels.
We have the Gran Plaza commercial centre with all sorts of Shops, a Cinema with Films in English, etc...
We have centred in Family holidays as it is a quiet complex with plenty of open space. The Beach starts at the fishing port of Roquetas and ends at the resort of Almerimar, we are talking about 16 miles of spacious beaches. One of the newest areas called Playa Serena is where we have our office, we have been open since 1984 offering Property Management, Rentals, Sales, General Maintenance and more.
Where Playa Serena ends the Nature Park of Punta Entinas starts a marvellous area to have fun and bird watch.

  Almeria is known as a Land of Contrasts

In the morning you can be on the Beach, in under an hour be up in the mountains and in the afternoon be in the Desert.

  Roquetas de Mar Resorts

The Urbanization of Roquetas de Mar is very extensive, it has many resorts like El Minarete that is built in a Moorish Style, Marina Serena is more modern and right on the Beach, Pueblo Andaluz built like an old Andalusian Village and very central to all amenities, only 150 metres from the Beach. Villa Romana built in a traditional style, on front line of the Beach and right next to the Natural Park of Punta Entinas. Vereda Golf is another well known resort, right next to the Golf Club of Playa Serena, 350 metres from the beach and just around the corner from all amenities. Las Chirimoyas is another nice complex, 50 metres from the Beach, very central and with nice gardens. They all have Swimming Pools, open in the summer season but dates vary from one to another so please ask.
